Privacy first: private SBIT fields are never displayed. A result appears only after the record owner approves a public directory profile and contact method.

Subscription contact details are private. Directory participation is a separate, optional choice made during enrollment.

May AAHA publish your approved directory information?
I authorize AAHA to display only the information I select—such as my name, organization, service, ZIP/service area, and chosen contact method—in the public Community Directory. I understand I can update or withdraw this permission at any time.

Name, phone number, address, and email are never made public automatically. Each directory field requires the subscriber’s separate approval.
